It’s never too late to learn how to swim!
We offer lessons for babies from 4 months through to adults of all ages. Whether you are a new learner, improver or returning to swimming after a long break or illness, our professional instructors are here to help.
Whether you have never learnt to swim, want to improve your technique or need advice on lane etiquette; we offer a wide range of classes for adults to help you enjoy your time in the pool.
Aquatots is the first structured lesson we offer and is available to children age 3 to 4 years. The aim of the course is to provide the parent with the skills to start to teach their child water confidence and paddling skills.
These stages of the National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS) allow your child to move through the FUNdamental movement skills for swimming.
Junior Fit Club is a weekly 45 minute session aimed at those who have completed Stages 1 – 7 and is aimed at improving fitness and technique as well as creating the basis for further learning.
