Do customers have to wear a face mask when in the facility?
It is mandatory to wear a face mask in any part of the building apart from the
Swimming Pool and when working out in the Fitness Suite.
What measures do you have in place to keep customers safe?
All sessions need to be pre-booked in advance. This will help us with our track
and trace system. Mandatory face coverings throughout the building and temperature checks on
arrival. We have also introduced a one-way system and extra cleaning measures to
ensure all of our customers are safe.
How long will the sessions last?
All Swimming sessions will be for 45mins and Fitness Sessions will last for
50mins. This will leave enough time for our staff to ensure that all touch points are
cleaned in between each session. Please arrive on time as latecomers will not be allowed into the session.
Can customers book a double session in either the Swimming Pool or the
Fitness Suite?
No, after each session we have to sanitise everything down before the next
session. Customers will have to rebook for the next session available.
How many customers are allowed in the Fitness Suite?
A maximum of 8 customers can attend a booked 50 minute session. Customers
WILL NOT have access to the changing rooms or showers so should come Gym
ready and leave immediately via the main doors.
How will customers know where to go and what to do?
The Trust is producing a video showing customers what to do on arrival and
where to go. Extensive signage around the facility shows the simple One Way system that is in
place. There will also be extra staff and volunteers on arrival to help customers with the
new procedures.

be regularly cleaned, sanitised throughout the day. Hand sanitising equipment
